This report is for the ice hockey athlete suffering from nagging injuries such as...
"Sharp pain" or "dull aches" are frustrating when on the ice. How can you perform your best when having discomfort? You may feel as if your only option is to take painkillers or stop playing ice hockey (maybe that's what your doctor told you was your only option...)
Let's be honest...you don't have the option to just "stop playing". It's something you love. It's a part of you.
I work closely with ice hockey athletes on a regular basis...our clinic is even located within an ice hockey oriented training facility. What I can tell you is that all those painkillers are not good for your stomach, and the long periods of rest you've been told about are not likely to help. Why? Because they don't solve the MAIN PROBLEM. Painkillers and rest are "bandaids" that temporarily relieve pain. What happens when you stop doing them? The pain returns...
Ice hockey athletes do not have to live with nagging aches and pains. In fact, it is not normal for ice hockey athletes to have these discomforts. There are ways to train your body to be able to withstand the high-impact demands of ice hockey AND keep your body healthy.
I don't want any hockey players to suffer from unnecessary injury. Because of this, I've written this report that gives athletes and their parents information about the 4 ice hockey injuries that typically don't heal with rest. This is available to you...for free!
I want you to imagine how life would be in 3 months if you could alleviate the discomfort from your ice hockey injury NOW? How about 6 months? A year? I bet you have dreams and goals that you want to accomplish on the ice. Let's not let an injury stop you.

I had quad muscle soreness from training! Went in to see Tony and we did cupping , needling , and therapeutic massage! It had a big impact on my recovery and as the week went on I felt great! For me as a hockey player, recovery is a huge part of the training process and Tony is great in helping me do that!!
